Ref Doc 104, 16 04 26 Notifying His Excellency, Mr. Dharambeer Gokhool, G.C.S.K thru the Secretariat: Apart from the current RISE in COST of Living in Mauritius; the LAW and ORDER is very MEDIOCRE. We are back to the years 2011/14. I had to notify his Excellency of what is going on and due to the Police I lost trust in this Government. The Government is failing its promise of my safety. As I said to the HRD ; my late father was a CID Officer , I know these fields of law/court/police/ etc very well and the way the Police behave is AS IF THEY ARE ACCOMPLICES of these harassers who hinder my tranquility and peace of mind and temper with my freedom to enjoy my beautiful property big house and garden whereby I am sole owner . I hope that these authorities IPCC/HRD & hon members WILL DO THEIR DUTIES; what are the motives of these neighbourhoods DODO/FLAMMANTS and Scavengers of Municipality of Quatre Bornes const 18 (i) they support my enemies of Cases HORSES/PRIVATE SCHOOLS/Police/Private companies etc , this is why FLAMMANT keep shouting 'WHY I AM NOT AVOUE-ing' (ii) they support GANDIA (iii) they are pervert and sexual predators EACH TIME pushing from the BACK. and ALSO they need to be ARRESTED and put " hors d'état de nuire'. Otherwise authorities also will FAIL their IMPARTIALITY and DUTIES.
